9-Grain Bread
	
	Makes 2 loaves. Use a very big bowl:
	
	1-1/4 c. warm water and 1/2 c. warm milk
	4 tablespoons oil, any kind
	4 tablespoons honey
	1 egg
	2-1/2 tsp yeast
	3 tablespoons gluten
	3 tablespoons wheat germ
	1/4 c. barley flour
	1/4 c. rye flour
	1/3 c. cornmeal
	1/3 c. bran (any kind)
	1-1/2 c. whole wheat flour
	1-1/2 c. bread flour
	1-1/2 tsp. Salt
	
	when dough has taken the flours, add these things:
	2 tablespoons each: flax seeds, caraway seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds,
	sesame seeds. Then add 1/4 c. chopped nuts of your choice, and 1/4 c.
	raisins.
	Get two pans ready, greased. And then when dough is
	kneaded until it is smooth, let it rise in a large bowl 2 full hours. Then
	make 2 loaves in pans. let this rise another hour.
	Then bake it at 375 for 35 0r 45 minutes check it.
	Don't try to cut this until it is cooled off.
