Carrot & Thyme Bread for ABM
1 1/2 Lb Loaf: -- (1 lb loaf)
1-pound loaf:
1-1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1-1/2 c bread flour
2/3 c rye flour
1/3 c yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1-1/3 c carrots freshly grated, or finely chopped
1/2 c water or more if needed
2 T vegetable oil
1-1/2-pound loaf:
2-1/2 tsp active dry yeast
2-1/4 c bread flour
1 c rye flour
1/2 c yellow cornmeal
1-1/2 Tbsp sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 Tbsp dried thyme
2 c carrots freshly grated, or finely chopped
1 c water more if needed
3 T vegetable oil
Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine
manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the
manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing.
