Italian Cheese Bread for ABM
1 cup plus 2 tbsp water
4 tbsp buttermilk powder
1-1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups bread flour
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 cups grated (fresh) Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp dried basil leaves, crumbled
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves, crumbled
1-1/2 tsp yeast
Place ingredients in ABM pan, in the order listed (or as directed by the
manufacturer of your machine), select the "light" setting for crust, and
start.
