Fast and Easy Beer Bread
	3 cups self-rising flour
	3 tbs sugar
	1 12 oz beer, at room temperature
	1 to 2 tbs melted butter
	Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Whisk flour and sugar together until 
	well-blended and make a well in center. Pour in the beer and stir 
	gently with a spoon just until ingredients are blended.
	Smooth into buttered loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from 
	oven and pour melted butter on top, then bake for an additional 20 
	minutes. Immediately remove from pan and cool on rack for at least 
	five minutes before slicing.
	Best served warm
