Herb Cheese Biscuits
	
	5 Cups self rising flour
	1/4 C. sugar
	3 tsp. baking powder
	1 tsp. baking soda
	1 tsp.salt
	1 C. shortening or butter
	1 pkg. dry yeast
	2 Tbsp. warm water
	2 C. Butter
	1 C. shredded chedder cheese
	1/2 tsp. dill weed (or your favorite herb)
	1/2 stick butter
	
	In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
	Cut in the shortening/butter with a pastry blender.
	
	Add the chedder cheese and mix well with the dry ingredients.
	Combine the yeast with the warm water, stir untlil dissolved.
	Warm the 2 cups of buttermilk in a pan or the microwave oven. (Just warm it)
	
	Make a hole in the center of the flour mixture.
	
	Add the yeast and the warmed buttermilk all at once.
	Stir well until the ingredients are evenly distributed. (Don't over mix)
	Using a spoon or an icecream dipper, place the dough on cookie sheet.
	
	Bake 475 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
	
	While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter and add the dill weed.
	After removing the biscuits from the oven, brush each biscuit with the
	melted butter/herb mixture.
