Sourdough Starter
	Here is one that never fails:
	In a medium or large bowl, add 2 ounces of warm water
	and 1/2 tsp active dry yeast. Let the yeast soften and
	dissolve, then stir in 7 ounces of room temperature water.
	Now add 1 pound of all-purpose flour, stirring well to
	combine. Let this sit out overnight, then place in refrigerator
	next morning. It's ready to go after sitting out all night.
