Crawfish Mold
	
	 3          3 ounce pkgs cream cheese
	 1 can      Tomato soup
	 2 env      Unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/2 cup water
	 1 cup      Mayonnaise
	 1/4 cup    Diced bell pepper
	 1/4 cup    Diced onion
	 1/4 cup    Diced celery
	 1-1/2 cups Crawfish, cooked and diced
	
	Melt cream cheese in soup over double boiler. Add dissolved gelatin and remove
	from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Place in mold and refrigerate until set.
	
	Remove from mold and place on platter and garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley.
	
	Serves 4
