Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce
	
	1/2 cup       packed brown sugar
	1/3 cup       sugar
	3/4 cup       unsweetened cocoa powder
	3/4 cup       whipping cream
	3 tablespoons butter
	1 teaspoon    vanilla extract
	              dash salt
	
	
	
	In a 1-quart glass bowl, combine sugars, cocoa and cream. Mix well. Add 
	butter. Heat in microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring once, 
	until well mixed. Heat 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer, or until bubbly and 
	sugars are dissolved. Stir in vanilla and salt. Serve hot over ice cream, 
	cake or fruits. Or cool and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Reheat in 
	microwave on low 1-2 minutes, stirring twice, until of good pouring 
	consistency.
	
	Makes 1 3/4 cups.
