Nimbu Rice (vegan)
	
	
	Rice                 1 cup
	Oil                  2 tbsp.
	Mustard Seeds        1 tsp.
	Urad Daal            1 tsp.
	Chana Daal           1 tsp.
	Cashews              handful
	Raisins              handful
	Turmeric             pinch
	mixed vegs.          1 cup
	Lemon                1
	
	
	
	[1] Cook rice.
	[2] Heat oil and add all other except for the lemon.  Fry as
	    appropriate.
	[3] Mix stuff in pan with rice.  Squeeze the lemon and add the juice
	    to the rice.
