Italian Chicken Breasts 
	1/2 cup grated Parmesan & Romano cheeses, mixed
	1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 
	1 tsp.  dried oregano leaves
	1 tsp.  parsley flakes 
	1/4 tsp paprika
	1/4 tsp salt
	1/4 tsp black pepper 
	6       boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.) 
	2 Tbsp  butter, melted 
	HEAT oven to 400°F. Grease bottom of 15x10x1-inch baking pan. 
	MIX cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter; coat with 
	cheese mixture. Place in prepared pan. 
	BAKE 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through. 
	Makes 6 servings. 
	Spicy Variation: Substitute 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper for black pepper.©1996
