Italian Spaghetti
		
	
	1 lb        link Italian sausage (cut in 1/2-inch pieces)
	1           small onion, chopped
	1 28-oz     can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
	2 6-oz cans tomato paste
	1 tsp       dried whole oregano
	1  tsp      dried whole basil
	1/2 tsp     garlic powder
	            Hot cooked spaghetti
	            Grated Parmesan cheese
	
	Sauté 1 pound link Italian sausage and onion in a large skillet until 
	meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain well.  Stir in tomatoes, 
	tomato paste, and seasonings. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 
	about 20 minutes. Serve sauce over spaghetti, and sprinkle with cheese. 
	
	MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place Italian sausage into a 2-quart casserole; add 
	onion. Cover with lid or wax paper, and microwave at HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes 
	or until done, stirring twice.  Drain off excess drippings.
	
	Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings.  Cover and microwave at HIGH 
	for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring after 6 minutes.  Serve over spaghetti, and 
	sprinkle with cheese.
