Banana Waldorf
	This creamy dessert salad contains 36% of the daily value for calcium.
	3 bananas, peeled and sliced
	1 apple, cored and sliced, with peel
	4 cups nonfat vanilla light yogurt
	pinch cinnamon
	2 Tbsp ground walnuts
	Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Place in individual 
	serving dishes and chill until ready to serve, up to 1 hour. This dessert 
	looks great when topped with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
	Serves 4. Each 1-1/2 cup serving: 237 calories, 1.6 g fat, 0 g saturated 
	fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 130 mg sodium, 45 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 8 g protein.
