Cranberry Apple Relish
	12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
	2 large apples, diced
	1/4 cup dried minced onion
	1 cup brown sugar
	1/2 cup raisins
	1 cup apple juice
	dash cinnamon
	Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then 
	reduce to a simmer. Cook on low heat until the apples are tender, 
	about 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
	Serves 10. Each 1/2 cup serving: 148 calories, 0 g fat, 0 mg 
	cholesterol, 16 mg sodium, 39 g carbohydrate, 3.5 g fiber, <1 g protein.
