Muesli means mix. This wonderful mixture of oats, yogurt, fruits, 
	and almonds is great any time of day.
	2 cups rolled oats
	2 cups skim milk
	2 Tbsp. dark seedless raisins
	1 apple, cored and chopped
	1 banana, sliced
	1 orange, peeled and cubed
	1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
	1 cup vanilla flavored light nonfat yogurt
	Mix the rolled oats and skim milk before you prepare the other 
	ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Eat 
	right away or refrigerate for later.
	If you want to make it ahead of time, leave the banana out until 
	ready to serve - it will keep for 2 days this way.
	Serves 8. Each 1 cup serving: 160 calories, 2 g fat, 0 g saturated 
	fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 55 mg sodium, 28 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 
	8 g protein. Diabetic exchange: 1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1/2 fruit.
