Steak Baked Sweet Potatoes
	4 large orange fleshed sweet potatoes
	1 medium sized onion
	1/4 cup steak sauce
	Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes 
	and onions. Place them in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with 
	steak sauce, cover and bake until tender, about 1 hour. Stir well 
	and serve hot.
	Serves 4. Each 1/2 cup serving: 116 calories, <1 g fat, 0 g saturated 
	fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 102 mg sodium, 27 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 
	1.5 g protein.
