Texas Turkey Burgers
	
	2 tbs firmly packed light brown sugar
	2 tbs cider vinegar
	2 medium garlic cloves, crushed
	2 tbs tomato paste
	6 drops hot pepper sauce (Crystal Hot Sauce)
	½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
	Dash of salt
	½ pound white meat turkey
	Vegetable oil spray
	2 whole wheat hamburger buns
	1 ripe tomato, sliced
	½ small red onion, sliced
	
	Blend brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, tomato paste, hot pepper sauce, 
	pepper and salt in a small mixing bowl. Add turkey and mix thoroughly. 
	Shape into burgers about 3½ to four inches round and ½ inch 
	thick. Spray grill with vegetable spray and cook burgers for three 
	minutes on each side, then open rolls and place on grill for about 
	three minutes while burgers continue cooking.
	
	Serve  with tomato and onion slices.
