Boston Baked Beans
	¼ cup ketchup
	½ tbs dry mustard
	1 tbs firmly packed light brown sugar
	¼ cup dried red onion
	1 19oz can red kidney beans (2 cups)
	Place ketchup, mustard, sugar, onion and water in a medium 
	saucepan. Simmer on medium heat for five minutes. Rinse and 
	drain beans. Add beans to the sauce and heat through, then 
	serve with the Texas Turkey Burgers, for instance.
	Serves Two
