Egg Foo Yong
	
	3 EGG
	1 CUP BEAN SPROUT
	1/2 CUP COOKED PORK
	2 TBS PEANUT OIL
	2 TBS CHOPPED ONION
	1 TBS SOY SAUCE
	
	Beat eggs until thick; stir in sprouts, pork, onion, and soy sauce.  
	Heat oil in skillet and pour in some of mixture at a time.  Using 
	spatula push eggs as they cool over meat to form patty.  When patty 
	is firm, turn over to brown other side.  Serve with sauce.
	
	Yield:  4 Servings
